  • Services can begin within 24-48 hours depending upon when the personalized assessment is completed. Occasionally, we can start the same day.

    For the most part, the answer is no. Some companies will pay in the case where the patients’ needs require hourly nursing care typically if they are on a vent or some other high tech service that only a nurse can provide. If the patient needs the assistance of a Home Care Aide, your health insurance does not pay in those instances. We would recommend you call them or read your benefit document to get clarification.

    Yes, all of our caregivers are bonded and insured.
    Attendant Care refers to specific assistance, often in the home, for those who cannot manage alone. An Attendant may assist with personal care, managing fall risk, homemaking, wound dressing, meal prep and transportation.
    If your services are covered by insurance, we bill them directly. Otherwise, we will bill the paying party on a weekly basis. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Invoices are due upon receipt.
    In some cases a deposit will be required. More information will be given to you at the time of the assessment.
